Extracorporeal albumin dialysis (OPAL) effectively reduces bilirubin and improves other laboratory markers in posthepatectomy liver failure, particularly in secondary forms. Integrating silver‐plated wound dressings into DLES care presents a safe and effective strategy for DLI prevention.
