No. 6, 1967 as well as in communication II the data are presented on the fauna of snipe Mallophaga which were found in P963-1966 on the left-bank steppe zone of the Ukraine. 339 specimens of 27 snipe species were investigated, 8 of them nesting in the steppe and 19???flying by.
