ABSTRACT Background Testicular germ cell tumours (TGCTs) are the most common type of tumour diagnosed in young men, and reliable non‐invasive biomarkers are crucial for clinical management. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) from the miR‐371–373 cluster have recently been identified as novel and more sensitive serum biomarkers than the conventional protein‐based ...

Spatiotemporal Expression of ARRDC5 in Mammalian Spermatogenesis
ABSTRACT Background Spermiogenesis is the final phase of sperm development during which haploid round spermatids transform into specialized spermatozoa and occurs across distinct stages of sperm production in the seminiferous epithelium. Abnormalities in this process lead to malformations and an inability of sperm to fertilize eggs.

Summary Peripheral T‐cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL‐NOS), is a heterogeneous nodal T‐ and natural killer (NK)‐cell lymphoma with limited prognostic biomarkers. A subset of PTCL‐NOS characterized by Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) involvement in tumour cells has recently been recognized as EBV‐positive nodal T‐ and NK‐cell lymphoma (EBV+ nPTCL ...

Abstract Background and Purpose Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and subsequent pulmonary fibrosis are associated with high mortality and limited treatment options. Periostin (POSTN) is a profibrotic mediator predicted to be regulated by microRNA‐19a‐3p (miR‐19a‐3p), but the relevance of this axis in ARDS‐associated pulmonary fibrosis remains

Tumor‐Derived Exosomal piR‐hsa‐28212 Promotes Lymphatic Metastasis in Breast Cancer
Breast cancer–derived exosomal piR‐hsa‐28212 promotes lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis by activating VEGFC/VEGFR3 signaling. It stabilizes TBX1 mRNA in lymphatic endothelial cells and METTL3 protein in tumor cells, enhancing VEGFR3 expression and VEGFC secretion.
