Long Noncoding RNA PCALRx Interacts with Pyruvate Carboxylase to Drive Multi‐Organ Developmental Toxicity in Zebrafish Embryos Exposed to Amoxicillin

Embryonic amoxicillin exposure disrupts multi‐organ development in zebrafish larvae through a lncRNA–metabolic enzyme regulatory axis. PCALRx associates with pyruvate carboxylase, promotes PC protein ubiquitination, and impairs mitochondrial energy metabolism, while vitamin B1 partially restores PC‐centered metabolic function and developmental outcomes.

SemanticST: A Scalable Multi‐Contextual Graph Learning Framework for Uncovering Spatial Niches and Robust Multi‐Sample Integration in Spatial Transcriptomics

Technical limitations often let dominant signals overshadow rare cell types and fine‐grained heterogeneity in spatial transcriptomics. SemanticST, a graph neural network using multi‐semantic graph fusion and a novel min‐cut loss, recovers these subtle patterns.

circZNF148 Drives Glucose Metabolism Reprogramming to Enhance Metastasis and Immune Evasion via HK1 Stabilization in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

CircZNF148 stabilizes HK1 through deubiquitinase recruitment, thereby enhancing glycolysis and lactate production. Elevated lactate promotes PD‑L1 lactylation and membrane accumulation while suppressing CD8+ T‐cell cytotoxicity, collectively facilitating immune evasion and malignant progression in TNBC.

ABSTRACT Somatostatin receptor 2 is expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). We report genomic and transcriptomic analysis results of 163 NPC cases, demonstrating that somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) gene expression in EBV‐positive and in EBV‐negative NPC correlated with genomic alterations and an inflamed microenvironment.
