Sewage Sludge and Cashew Bagasse Biochars Promote Changes in Selected Physical Attributes Related to the Structure of Degraded Dryland Soil

open access: yesJournal of Plant Nutrition and Soil Science, EarlyView.
This study evaluated biochars from co‐pyrolysis of sewage sludge and cashew residues on physical quality of a degraded loamy sand soil. SPB applied at 20 Mg ha−1 reduced bulk density by 7.74%, whereas most porosity attributes were driven by soil reconsolidation rather than biochar. Aggregate stability varied with biochar type, with SPB promoting larger

Biochar‐Induced Shifts in Fungal Community Structure and Their Association With Soil Physical Properties in Degraded Soil From the Brazilian Semiarid

open access: yesLand Degradation &Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Soil degradation compromises ecosystem functioning. Biochar, a carbon‐rich amendment, has gained attention as a promising strategy to enhance soil structure and restore microbial balance. This study investigated the effects of two biochars, cashew bagasse biochar (CBB) and a co‐pyrolyzed biochar produced from sewage sludge and cashew pruning ...

New Approach to Weighted Newton‐Type Inequalities Using Riemann–Liouville Fractional Integrals

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT In this investigation paper, we present some weighted inequalities Newton‐type for various classes of functions utilizing Riemann–Liouville fractional integrals. The study begins by introducing a positive weighted function to derive a key integral equality essential for proving the main results.
