Translating Sustainability Into Islamic Social Finance

This manuscript deals with some interpretive issues related to 'sustainability' when the concept moves ('is translated') from conventional to Islamic economics. To this aim it raises some critical remarks on possible hermeneutical mistakes in asserting an immediate convergence between the former and the latter through sustainability.
