A novel structure of a wideband zero-bias power limiter for ISM band
In this paper, a new broadband microwave microstrip power limiter is designed and realized. The Power Limiter is based on microstrip technology integrating a Zero Bias commercial Schottky diodes HSMS2820.The power limiter is optimized and validated in two steps. The enhanced and achieved circuit is obtained by concatenating two basic structures.

An integrated OT‐2/plate reader platform automates LCST cloud point measurement of NIPAM‐co‐DMAEMA copolymers across high‐dimensional formulation spaces. Machine learning trained on the resulting high‐throughput datasets achieves R2 up to 0.96 and enables inverse design of polymer formulations to target transition temperatures with <1% error.

Vector‐Based SparseGPT: A Vector‐Based Sparsity Method for Large Language Model
Conventional pruning such as SparseGPT produces harmful accumulated errors through step‐by‐step weight editing. V‐SparseGPT prunes and updates target weights simultaneously to curb these errors for N:M structured sparsity. Block‐sparsity and layer‐parallel sparsity greatly boost pruning efficiency.

Multi‐Stage Social Value Orientation‐Based Lane‐Changing Driving for Autonomous Vehicles
A multi‐stage SVO framework is developed to dynamically infer the social preferences of surrounding vehicles from human driving data. By combining offline learning, online SVO estimation, temporal intention tracking, and interaction‐aware planning, the framework enables autonomous vehicles to adapt lane‐changing decisions and trajectories to evolving ...

Responsible Artificial Intelligence in Courts: A Four‐Test Framework
ABSTRACT A structured framework for responsible AI applications relating to judicial decision‐making and the adjudicative functions of courts requires the satisfaction of multiple context‐specific safeguards. This article proposes a four‐test framework designed to evaluate whether AI systems used in courts operate in accordance with legal, procedural ...
