Optical Activity and Phase Transformations in γ/β Ga2O3 Bilayers Under Annealing
The polymorphic Ga2O3 structures consisting of the cubic defective spinel (γ) film on the top of the monoclinic (β) substrate are fabricated by disorder‐induced ordering. A two‐stage annealing kinetics is demonstrated in such bilayers associated with the epitaxial γ‐to‐β regrowth at the interface at temperatures below 700 °C and a non‐planar γ‐to‐β ...

Spatiotemporal evolution of the Nile delta during the Pliocene‐Quaternary. This study provide the first well record of the 100 s‐m‐thick Plio‐Quaternary deep Levant Basin section. This paper shows that Sand–shale ratio inferred from Gamma Ray logs illustrates changes in terrigenous supply into the Levant basin.

Collective synchronization in the presence of reactive coupling and shear diversity [PDF]
We analyze the synchronization dynamics of a model obtained from the phase reduction of the mean-field complex Ginzburg-Landau equation with heterogeneity.

Abstract While many theoretical proposals about the relationship between language and music processing have been proposed over the past 40 years, recent empirical advances have shed new light on this relationship. Many features are shared between language and music, inspiring research in the fields of linguistic theory, systematic musicology, and ...

Linearization of Isochronous Centers
The authors propose a unified technique for the study of the isochronicity of polynomial systems. They first construct the linearizing changes of coordinates for isochronous systems having rational first integrals, namely for quadratic systems, for cubic systems symmetric with respect to a center and for reduced Kukles systems.

HOBS and PSYCHE are robust and easy to implement pure shift (PS) experiments to identify metabolites in urine and serum. Strong coupling artefacts contain latent connectivity information that can be used to enhance metabolite identification. PS experiments can be included in metabolite identification workflows, providing additional capability for ...

Self-stimulated Emission of Undulator Radiation
We attract attention that interaction of particle in downstream undulator with its own wavelet emitted in upstream undulator could be as strong as with the frictional field in undulator itself. This phenomenon could be used for enhancement of signal from

Period function and characterizations of Isochronous potentials
We are interested at first in the study of the monotonicity for the period function of the conservative equation \ $(1)\quad \ddot x + g(x) = 0.$\quad Some refinements of known criteria are brought.

The period functions' higher order derivatives [PDF]
We prove a formula for the $n$-th derivative of the period function $T$ in a period annulus of a planar differential system. For $n = 1$, we obtain Freire, Gasull and Guillamon formula for the period's first derivative \cite{FGG}.

In this paper we classify the centers localized at the origin of coordinates, and their isochronicity for the polynomial differential systems in R 2 of degree d that in complex notation z = x + i y can be written as z ˙ = ( λ + i ) z + A z ( d − n + 1 ) /
