Isoconversional methods to determine the kinetics of crude oils -thermogravimetry approach
Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering, 2018© 2018 Elsevier B.V. In this research, kinetics of four crude oils from different origins are determined by iso-conversional methods using thermogravimetry data (TGA-DTG). The experiments were performed at three different heating rates (5-10-15 K/min) between 300 and 1200 K.

STUDY OF THE DEVOLATILIZATION KINETICS OF KENAF BY ISOCONVERSIONAL METHODS. INFLUENCE OF VARIABLES
Environmental Engineering and Management Journal, 2018The thermal degradation of kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus) under the effect of several variables (particle size, Ar flow rate, sample initial mass and heating rate) was investigated. From experimental data and by application of various model-free methods (Friedman, Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa), the activation energies (EA) were calculated

We have investigated the decomposition kinetics of imidazole, 2-nitroimidazole, and 4-nitroimidazole using TG-DTA technique under nitrogen atmosphere. Isoconversional methods were used for the evaluation of kinetic parameters from the kinetic data of different heating temperatures.

The isoconversional method for determination of energy of activation at constant heating rates
Journal of Thermal Analysis, 1983The isoconversional method for the determination of energies of activation from the reciprocal temperature at which a fraction of conversion was reached in experiments at differing constant heating rates is reviewed and amplified. The error introduced into the calculation of activation energy by the use of a linear approximation of the logarithm of the

A new diagnostic when determining the activation energy by the advanced isoconversional method
Thermochimica Acta, 2016Abstract The Advanced Isoconversional (AIC) method involves minimization of a function which uses conversion data at a minimum of three heating rates to determine an activation energy ( E a ) at different values of conversion ( α ). Reactions that can be described by a single model give an E a which is independent of α ...

Kinetics of the Mixed Plastic Waste Catalytic Pyrolysis by Isoconversional Method
