Stereoselective Ferrier‐Type O‐Glycosylation Enabled by Difluoromethylated Glycal Donors
A fluorine‐mediated stereoselective Ferrier‐type glycosylation is reported. Glycals are pre‐decorated with photo‐2‐difluoroalkylation and reacted with diverse acceptors to obtain exclusively α‐selective Ferrier rearrangement products. Abstract The effective construction of structurally homogeneous glycosides is requisite in oligosaccharide assembly and

Overcoming PEG Antigenicity: Statistical PEG Isomers Reduce Antibody Binding
Conventional poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) is commonly applied in biomedicine, but is now known to induce antibody formation. Here, it is shown that the development of “randomized PEG” (rPEG) featuring glycidyl methyl ether (GME) comonomers decreased antibody binding.

Dual Aptamers‐Based SETDB1 PROTACs as Effective Anti‐Tumor Strategies for Breast Cancer
This study establishes dual‐aptamer PROTACs targeting SETDB1 using a SETDB1‐specific aptamer conjugated to AS1411. The designed PROTACs penetrate cells, recruit MDM2 to degrade SETDB1, and inhibit cancer cell proliferation and migration. Remarkably, they also overcome tamoxifen resistance and enhance CD8+ T cell cytotoxicity, suppressing tumor growth ...
