A noncanonical role for Jagged1 in endothelial mechanotransduction
This study reveals a noncanonical role for Jagged1 in endothelial mechanotransduction. Shear stress modulates Jagged1 expression and subcellular localization. Loss of Jagged1 attenuates mechanotransduction and reduces Src, VEGFR2, and ERK signaling. Direct mechanical stimulation of Jagged1 induces activation of these signaling pathways.

On Metric Choice in Dimension Reduction for Fréchet Regression
Summary Fréchet regression is becoming a mainstay in modern data analysis for analysing non‐traditional data types belonging to general metric spaces. This novel regression method is especially useful in the analysis of complex health data such as continuous monitoring and imaging data.

On Spatial Point Processes With Composition‐Valued Marks
Summary Methods for marked spatial point processes with scalar marks have seen extensive development in recent years. While the impressive progress in data collection and storage capacities has yielded an immense increase in spatial point process data with highly challenging non‐scalar marks, methods for their analysis are not equally well developed ...

Background Individual differences in the structure and function of the frontostriatal reward network have been related to depression. However, there is a strong need for prospective, longitudinal studies aiming to understand the role of frontostriatal networks in depression in a developmental context.
