Quantum soundness of testing tensor codes

open access: yesDiscrete Analysis, 2022
Quantum soundness of testing tensor codes, Discrete Analysis 2022:17, 73 pp. This paper proves an essential component of a major recent result in complexity theory, known as the MIP*=RE theorem, which was proved by the same authors.

Hypergraphs with infinitely many extremal constructions

open access: yesDiscrete Analysis, 2023
Hypergraphs with infinitely many extremal constructions, Discrete Analysis 2023:18, 34 pp. A fundamental result in extremal graph theory, Turán's theorem, states that the maximal number of edges of a graph with $n$ vertices that does not contain a ...

Sylow like theorems for V(ZG) [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Group Theory, 2015
The main part of this article is a survey on torsion subgroups of the unit group of an integral group ring. It contains the major parts of my talk given at the conference "Groups, Group Rings and Related Topics" at UAEU in AlAin October 2013.

On the intimate structure of crystals. Part VI. —Titanic oxide, its polymorphs and isomorphs [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the Royal Society of London. Series A, Containing Papers of a Mathematical and Physical Character, 1908
Abstract The key to crystalline structure is furnished by a study of molecular volumes, and one of the best criteria of its powers will be found in its application to polymorphous compounds. If it can explain consistently with our knowledge of crystalline symmetry the change in volume which accompanies the passage of a substance from ...

On Markovian cocycle perturbations in classical and quantum probability

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2003
We introduce Markovian cocycle perturbations of the groups of transformations associated with classical and quantum stochastic processes with stationary increments, which are characterized by a localization of the perturbation to the algebra of events ...

Sexual dimorphism in prophase I of meiosis in the Northern mole vole (Ellobius talpinus Pallas, 1770) with isomorphic (XX) chromosomes in males and females

open access: yesComparative Cytogenetics, 2010
The synaptonemal complex (SC) surface-spreading technique was used to visualize the process of chromosome synapsis in spermatocytes and oocytes of E. talpinus Pallas, 1770, a species with the XX sex chromosome system in both males and females. We used

Turán Function and H-Decomposition Problem for Gem Graphs

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae Graph Theory, 2018
Given a graph H, the Turán function ex(n,H) is the maximum number of edges in a graph on n vertices not containing H as a subgraph. For two graphs G and H, an H-decomposition of G is a partition of the edge set of G such that each part is either a single

A study on Type-2 isomorphic circulant graphs. Part 10: Type-2 isomorphic $C_{np^3}(R)$ w.r.t. $m$ = $p$ and related groups

open access: yes, 2022
This study is the $10^{th}$ part of a detailed study on Type-2 isomorphic circulant graphs having ten parts \cite{v2-1}-\cite{v2-10}. In this part, we obtain families of Type-2 isomorphic circulant graphs $C_{np^3}(R)$ w.r.t. $m$ = $p$, and related Abelian groups where $p$ is a prime number and $n\in\mathbb{N}$.
