Embedding Sustainability Commitments in the Strategic Plans of European Higher Education Institutions

open access: yesSustainable Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study analyses how European universities embed the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their strategic planning, proposing an integrative and multistakeholder measurement tool—Strategizer Scoring System (SDG‐3S). The research combines the Delphi method, content analysis of 198 strategic plans from universities in 33 European ...

On the determination of the Singer transfer

open access: yesVietnam Journal of Science, Technology and Engineering, 2018
Let Pk be the graded polynomial algebra F2[x1, x2, . . . , xk] with the degree of each generator xi being 1, where F2 denote the prime field of two elements, and let GLk be the general linear group over F2 which acts regularly on Pk.

Isomorphism classes of cut loci for a cube

open access: yesDiscrete Mathematics
We prove that a face of a cube can be optimally partitioned into connected 193 sets on which the cut locus, or ridge tree, is constant up to isomorphism as a labeled graph. These are 60 connected open sets, curves bounding them, and intersection points of curves. Polynomial equations for the curves are provided.

Information Dynamics and Learning in Complex Adaptive Systems: Toward a Transdisciplinary Framework

open access: yesSystems Research and Behavioral Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This article develops a framework for understanding learning and adaptation in complex adaptive systems. Drawing from neuroscience, systems theory, information theory and quantum field theory, it examines how information processing, plasticity and systemic coherence emerge from distributed, nonlinear and feedback‐driven interactions. It argues

A method for counting the number of polynomial equivalence classes

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Cryptology, 2013
As one of the most fundamental problems in multivariate public key cryptosystems (MPKC), Isomorphism of Polynomial (IP) induces an equivalence relation on the polynomials systems.

The Homomorphism Poset of K_{2,n}

open access: yes, 2012
A geometric graph is a simple graph G together with a straight line drawing of G in the plane with the vertices in general position. Two geometric realizations of a simple graph are geo-isomorphic if there is a vertex bijection between them that ...

Banking on Sustainable Innovation: A Comparative Analysis of Institutional and Regulatory Frameworks for SME Finance in the EU and African Union

open access: yesThunderbird International Business Review, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper examines how legal and institutional frameworks influence bank financing for sustainable innovation among SMEs in the European Union (EU) and African Union (AU). Using institutional theory, it analyzes how coercive, normative, and mimetic pressures interact across international, regional, and domestic levels to shape green lending ...
