Environmental Disclosure Under Mandatory Regulation in EU Listed Companies: An Institutional Analysis

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study examines corporate environmental reporting practices among listed companies in the European Union during the period 2018–2022, within the context of the Non‐Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD). To this end, an Environmental Disclosure Index (EDI) is constructed based on qualitative reporting items, and panel‐data models are ...

On a relation between GAG codes and AG codes

open access: yesAnalele Stiintifice ale Universitatii Ovidius Constanta: Seria Matematica, 2023
In this paper, we first give a relationship between generalized algebraic geometry codes (GAG codes) and algebraic geometry codes (AG codes). More precisely, we show that a GAG code is contained (up to isomorphism) in a suitable AG code.

A lattice theoretical interpretation of generalized deep holes of the Leech lattice vertex operator algebra

open access: yesForum of Mathematics, Sigma, 2023
We give a lattice theoretical interpretation of generalized deep holes of the Leech lattice VOA $V_\Lambda $ . We show that a generalized deep hole defines a ‘true’ automorphism invariant deep hole of the Leech lattice. We also show that there is a

Isomorphism classes of authentication codes [PDF]

open access: yesBulletin of the Australian Mathematical Society, 2004
In this paper, we give several kinds of characterisations of isomorphic authentication codes by examining a correspondence between optimal authentication codes and some combinatorial designs. The isomorphism classes of some kinds of authentication codes are also enumerated.

Sectoral Heterogeneity in Corporate Biodiversity Disclosure: Evidence from Chinese Listed Companies Across Industries, 2001–2023

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study examines sectoral heterogeneity in corporate biodiversity disclosure (CBD) among Chinese listed firms over the period 2001–2023. Drawing on stakeholder, institutional, and resource dependency theories, it investigates how environmental exposure, ownership structures, and market dynamics influence biodiversity risk recognition and ...

Isomorphisms in switching classes of graphs [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Australian Mathematical Society, 1978
AbstractWe investigate conditions on a permutation group G sufficient to ensure that G fixes a graph in any switching class of graphs that it stabilizes. Our main result gives a necessary and sufficient condition for a dihedral group G to have this property.

Supply Chain Network, ESG Scores and Financial Performance

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper provides novel evidence on the role of supply chain networks in influencing firms' environmental, social and governance (ESG) scores and financial performance. Our analysis employs financial, board, ESG and supply chain data, resulting in an unbalanced panel of over 16,000 firm‐year observations from 3028 publicly traded US firms ...
