Isothermal Annealing in P+ Ion-Implanted Silicon

Journal of the Physical Society of Japan, 1975
The behaviors on isothermal annealing of paramagnetic centers produced by P + ion implantation into Si (ion energies: 50 and 100 keV; ion doses: 1×10 15 and 2×10 14 cm -2 ) and those obtained for Si surface are investigated by ESR measurements. A new method different from the conventional Bemski method is used to obtain the activation energy (Δ E ) for

Hydrogen isotherms for annealed, un-activated LaNi5 (273–333K)

Journal of Alloys and Compounds, 2013
Abstract Hydrogen absorption isotherms (273–333 K) have been measured for closely stoichiometric, annealed, un-activated LaNi5, i.e., a virgin un-activated LaNi5 sample was employed at each temperature. This is the first time that such isotherms have been measured for annealed, un-activated LaNi5 at such low temperatures ⩽298 K.

Crystallization behaviour of Al85Y10Ni5 by isochronal and isothermal annealing

Acta Metallurgica et Materialia, 1991
Abstract Crystallization of Al 85 Y 10 Ni 5 by isochronal annealing showed a strong dependence on scan rate over the range of 0.9–20.7 K/min. At a scan rate of 0.9 K/min, crystallization of Al 85 Y 10 Ni 5 occurred by primary crystallization in a single step.

Rapid isothermal annealing of boron ion implanted junctions

Journal of Applied Physics, 1983
The minimum annealing time for complete dopant activation of ion implant doses of 2.8×1014 and 2.8×1015 B+/cm2 are found for temperatures ranging from 850 to 1100 °C. For samples annealed at 1100 °C for 10 s and 1000 °C for 15 min electrical characteristics of diodes are correlated with dopant profiles and penetration depth of transmission electron ...

Isothermal annealing of reactor irradiated crystalline chemical compounds

Journal of Inorganic and Nuclear Chemistry, 1968
Abstract The isothermal annealing of crystalline potassium chromate and trisethylenediamine cobalt(III) nitrate irradiated in a nuclear reactor has been extensively examined. A total of 1200 analyses were carried out to construct, in a more precise form, isothermal curves.

Peculiarities of Phase Formation in TbBO3 during Isothermal Annealing

Physics of the Solid State, 2019
Detailed X-ray studies of changes in the structure of terbium orthoborate TbBO3 in the course of successive high-temperature isothermal annealing of the initial mixture in the form of an amorphous precursor and in the form of a homogenized mixture of microcrystalline Tb7O12 and B2O3 powders have been carried out. It is shown that the formation of TbBO3
