OsNRT1.1B forms a membrane complex with OsCNGC14/16 that mediates nitrate‐triggered calcium influx. This calcium signal phosphorylates OsNLP3 at Ser193, accelerating its nuclear translocation and activating nitrogen‐responsive genes. The calcium‐dependent pathway complements the established ubiquitination‐mediated pathway, dynamically regulating ...

7‐KDCA functions by driving intestinal epithelial cell migration through induction of calcium release from the endoplasmic reticulum. The findings emphasize a previously unrecognized property of 7‐KDCA in regulating cell migration, a required process for effective epithelial restitution and repair that is particularly critical for patients with UC to ...

The microbiota‐derived metabolite phenylacetylglutamine (PAGln) is elevated in type 2 diabetes and tightly associated with poor healing in both diabetic and non‐diabetic human patients. PAGln promotes mouse inflammation and impairs healing through a transmissible β2‐adrenergic receptor–mediated trained‐immunity loop.

Hydrogen‐Deuterium Exchange Mass Spectrometry for Molecular Glue Characterization
Molecular glues that stabilize protein–protein interactions are challenging to identify. Here, hydrogen‐deuterium exchange mass spectrometry can show and reveal gluing mechanisms that vary between protein binding partners. Abstract Molecular glues are powerful bioactive molecules that stabilize protein–protein interactions.

Reductive amination of aldehydes and ketones to primary amines with high selectivity and yield can be achieved over Ni‐doped MFM‐300(Cr) in the presence of NH3 and H2. In situ inelastic neutron scattering, coupled with modeling, reveals that cooperativity between Ni active sites and MFM‐300(Cr) affords an optimal microenvironment for the selective ...
