A Novel Class of Multi‐substituted Diaryl Scaffold Derivatives Inhibit Glioblastoma Progression by Targeting CD155

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Structural modification of clofoctol yielded a novel blood‐brain barrier‐permeable compound, B7, featuring a multi‐substituted diaryl scaffold. B7 demonstrates potent anti‐glioblastoma activity by suppressing glioblastoma stem cells proliferation, migration, and invasion through interactions with five key residues of poliovirus receptor cell adhesion ...

CO2‐DBU‐Triggered Photoredox‐Catalyzed Direct α‐C‐H Alkylation of Alcohols

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An efficient photoinduced and metal‐free method is developed for direct α‐C–H monoalkylation of alcohols utilizing the CO2‐DBU system as the hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA) in the presence of H2O, allowing for selective functionalization of alcohols with a broad substrate scope.

New Strategy for Cluster‐Based Covalent Organic Framework: Thermally Induced Covalent Crosslinking of Highly Stable Copper Clusters

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A thermally induced covalent crosslinking strategy is used to accelerate the photogenerated carrier transport of cluster‐based photocatalysts, the covalent crosslinking between clusters accelerates the dynamic transfer of photoexcited charge carriers, increases the light utilization ability, and favors CO2 adsorption as well as *COOH generation, which ...

Maneuvering Charge Transport via Insulating Polymer Interface for Steering Photoredox Catalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Non‐conjugated insulating polymer functions as an electron‐capturing mediator to boost interfacial charge transfer and separation, contributing to considerably enhanced photocatalytic selective organic transformation and solar CO2 conversion under visible light irradiation. Abstract Maneuvering precise and tunable charge transportation has remained the
