A Novel Heterometallic Ring {Cr5Ni3} and New {Cr6Co2} and {Cr6Zn2} Rings

A novel heterometallic ring containing five Cr(III) and three Ni(II) centers is reported. It forms an octagon and has a single isomer, as revealed by a combination of magnetic and EPR studies and collision‐induced dissociation mass spectrometry. Catalyst‐Free Cyanation of Arenes by Acetonitrile in a Plasma–Liquid Microreactor

Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
An original approach of arylnitrile synthesis was developed by generating an argon plasma in contact with solutions of arene in acetonitrile within a gas‐liquid microreactor. Plasma activation of acetonitrile generated cyano radicals, enabling a catalyst‐free C‐H cyanation of arenes.
