Flag Domains: A First Example of Cycle Duality
Results on cycles in flag domains are introduced in the context of a first interesting example, namely the flag domains of SU(2, 1) in flag manifolds of its complexification SL3(C).

Isotropic submanifolds of $$T\mathbb{S}^ {n}$$ and their focal sets
Abstract Families of oriented lines in $$\mathbb {R}^{n+1}$$ are studied via their identification with submanifolds of $$T\mathbb{S}^n$$ .

Isotropic submanifolds generated by the Maximum Entropy Principle and Onsager reciprocity relations
The Maximum Entropy Principle (MEP) makes it possible to select a probability distribution that maximises the entropy functional under some linear or nonlinear constraints. It defines in a natural way a Morse family and a related isotropic submanifold of an infinite-dimensional linear symplectic space.
