Drug‐Tolerant, Chemiluminescent Lateral Flow Immunoassay Platform for the Determination of Neutralizing Anti‐Drug Antibodies

open access: yesSmall, Volume 21, Issue 40, October 9, 2025.
Immunogenicity evaluation in patients receiving mAb therapy is becoming the standard of care in healthcare systems worldwide. Nevertheless, current methods for anti‐drug antibody determination suffer from drug interference and/or inability to be performed at the point‐of‐care (POC).

Megathrust Earthquake Legacy Linked to Changes in Widespread Potential for Methane and Iron Cycling in Glaciated Wetlands

open access: yesAGU Advances, Volume 6, Issue 5, October 2025.
Abstract Freshwater wetlands are major sources of global methane emissions through biogenic methanogenesis, a process increasingly influenced by climate change. High latitude wetlands are subject to uniquely altered biogeochemical inputs due to disproportionate warming.

Nitrergic Signaling Mediation of Neurobehavioral Responses to Stress in Zebrafish

open access: yesJournal of Neurochemistry, Volume 169, Issue 10, October 2025.
Nitric oxide (NO) production is regulated by a plethora of upstream mediators, including glutamate, serotonin, and inflammatory mediators, at both neurons and non‐neuronal cells. These mediators are regulated by stressors, and their activity can increase or decrease NO production in a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) isoform‐dependent way.

Gene Expression Associated With Behaviour Manipulation in Wood Ants Infected With Larval Lancet Fluke, Dicrocoelium dendriticum

open access: yesMolecular Ecology, Volume 34, Issue 20, October 2025.
ABSTRACT Many ant species show dramatic shifts in behaviour when infected with parasites, but the molecular basis of these behavioural changes is not well understood. An example is the wood ant, Formica aserva, which serves as an intermediate host for the lancet liver fluke, Dicrocoelium dendriticum.

The Interaction of Phospholipase C-{beta}3 with Shank2 Regulates mGluR-mediated Calcium Signal [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Phospholipase C-{beta} isozymes that are activated by G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR) and heterotrimeric G proteins carry a PSD-95/Dlg/ZO-1 (PDZ) domain binding motif at their C terminus. Through interactions with PDZ domains, this motif may endow the
