Advanced Science, EarlyView.Mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)‐based cell‐drug conjugates are constructed by anchoring rosiglitazone‐loaded nanoparticles onto the MSC surface. Sustained rosiglitazone release enhances MSC proliferation and paracrine activity while promoting anti‐inflammatory macrophage polarization.
