Comparative Phytochemical and Fatty Acid Profiling of Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) Cultivars Across Diverse Geographic Origins

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Lipid Science and Technology, Volume 128, Issue 5, May 2026.
Flax varieties differ in growth, oil quality, and beneficial compounds, but these differences are not always clear‐cut. In this study, 10 flax types were grown under the same conditions and compared for plant traits, natural compounds, and oil content. Some showed high omega‐3 and lignan levels, making them valuable for healthier foods and future crop ...

Study on multi-objective nonlinear programming in optimization of the rough interval constraints

open access: yesInternational Journal of Industrial Engineering and Production Research, 2018
This paper deals with multi- objective nonlinear programming problem having rough intervals in the constraints. The problem is approached by taking maximum value range and minimum value range inequalities as constraints conditions, reduces it into two ...

Different Routes for Camellia Sinensis–Mediated Synthesis of Iron Oxide Nanoparticles: Structural, Thermal, and Magnetic Properties

open access: yesChemistrySelect, Volume 11, Issue 19, 20 May 2026.
Different green‐assisted routes (After Synthesis—ASR; Green Subsequent—SSR; Green in situ—ISSR) using Camellia sinensis to produce functionalized iron‐based oxide nanoparticles with controlled and distinct structural and magnetic properties. ABSTRACT Green‐assisted iron oxide nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized using Camellia sinensis extract (green ...

GENETIC RELATIONSHIPS AMONG WHEAT VARIETIES BASED ON ISSR MARKERS [PDF]

open access: yesResearch Journal of Applied Biotechnology, 2016
DNA based molecular markers allow precise, objective and rapid cultivar identification and discrimination. In the present study, the genetic variability and relationships among 65 hexaploid (Triticum aestivum L.) and 8 tetraploid (Triticum durum L ...

Survey to Document the Adverse Reactions After Human Papillomavirus Vaccination Among Japanese Female Youth at a University

open access: yesJournal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Research, Volume 52, Issue 5, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Aim Concerns about possible adverse events remain a critical barrier in implementing human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination among Japanese youth. This study aimed to understand the time course of adverse events experienced by HPV vaccine recipients.

Illuminating Deep Reef Refugia: Horizontal and Vertical Genomic Connectivity of Seriatopora hystrix in the Ryukyu Islands, Japan

open access: yesMolecular Ecology, Volume 35, Issue 10, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Shallow coral reefs are under threat from anthropogenic stress and climate change. Mesophotic coral ecosystems (MCEs), found in deeper, cooler and less impacted waters, are proposed as potential refugia or larval sources for shallow reefs. However, this hypothesis of such deep‐reef refugia is now controversial because their effectiveness is ...

Population Structure and Genomic Diversity of Fusarium poae Associated With Barley and Oat in Canada

open access: yesPlant Pathology, Volume 75, Issue 3, May–June 2026.
Population genomics of Fusarium poae from Canadian barley and oat revealed high genetic diversity, weak geographic structure and a hierarchical population comprising two major groups. A distinct, low‐diversity lineage (Group IIa) with elevated linkage disequilibrium suggests recent emergence driven by clonal expansion or selective sweep.
