Mechanistic Evaluation of Luteolin in Wound Healing of Diabetic Foot Ulcer via Nrf2 Signaling

Proposed mechanism by which Luteolin (LU) promotes diabetic foot ulcer healing. LU attenuates hyperglycemia‐induced oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation, improves endothelial cell viability, and suppresses ferroptosis through Nrf2‐dependent antioxidant signaling, thereby accelerating angiogenesis and wound repair. Dual‐Stimuli Responsive Poly(N‐acryloyl glycine) Microgels: Investigation of Network Structures and Application for Loading and Release of Biologics

Poly(N‐acryloyl glycine) hydrogel microparticles were fabricated via droplet‐based microfluidics and in situ photopolymerization. Rheology and MQ‐NMR revealed pronounced effects of pH and Ca2+ on network constraints and chain mobility, governing extensive swelling.
