Report on the Italian Constitutional Court's Case Law
In 2010 the Italian Constitutional Court confirmed most of its recent jurisprudential trends. In some cases the Court dealt with totally new issues (i.e. same sex marriage and affirmative actions in electoral laws), but its most significant pronouncements were not characterized by unexpected overrulings.
