Darboux Coverings and Rational Reductions of the KP Hierarchy [PDF]
We use the method of Darboux coverings to discuss the invariant submanifolds of the KP equations, presented as conservation laws in the space of monic Laurent series in the spectral parameter (the space of the Hamiltonian densities). We identify a special class of these submanifolds with the rational invariant submanifolds entering matrix models of $2D$

ABSTRACT Objective Quantitative markers of cortical excitability may help identify responders to anti‐seizure medications (ASMs). We studied the relationship between ASM load and two electroencephalography (EEG) markers of cortical excitability in people with refractory epilepsy. Methods We included individuals with refractory focal epilepsy undergoing

Central Limit Theorems for Multicolor Urns with Dominated Colors [PDF]
An urn contains balls of d colors. At each time, a ball is drawn and then replaced together with a random number of balls of the same color. Assuming that some colors are dominated by others, we prove central limit theorems. Some statistical applications are discussed.

Spinal Cord Abnormalities in Early Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis
ABSTRACT Spinal cord lesions and atrophy in the cervical region are common in adult multiple sclerosis (MS) and correlate with disability. Whether similar abnormalities occur in pediatric MS patients is largely unknown. Clinical and MRI evaluations were performed in 38 pediatric MS patients and 13 healthy controls (HC).

ADAPT NXT: Fixed Cycles or Every‐Other‐Week IV Efgartigimod in Generalized Myasthenia Gravis
ABSTRACT Objective This phase 3b, open‐label, randomized ADAPT NXT study investigated the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of efgartigimod administered in either a fixed cycles dosing regimen (3 cycles of 4 once‐weekly infusions, with 4 weeks between cycles) or a cycle followed by every‐other‐week (Q2W) dosing.
