ABSTRACT Skin aging is associated with progressive collagen loss and dermal thinning, supporting the use of biomaterials capable of stimulating tissue remodeling. Poly‐l‐lactic acid (PLLA) and hyaluronic acid (HA) are widely used in facial rejuvenation, although their combined application remains less investigated in controlled clinical settings.
