High Entropy Alloy Thin Films as Efficient Spin‐Orbit Torque Sources for Spintronic Memories

High‐entropy alloys with significantly diluted heavy metal content are found to be a very efficient source of spin‐orbit torques for spintronic applications. Orbital Topology of Chiral Crystals for Orbitronics
