We consider some versions and generalizations of the approach to expansion of iterated Ito stochastic integrals of arbitrary multiplicity $k$ $(k\in\mathbb{N})$ based on generalized multiple Fourier series. The expansions of iterated stochastic integrals

SecDec: A general program for sector decomposition
We present a program for the numerical evaluation of multi-dimensional polynomial parameter integrals. Singularities regulated by dimensional regularisation are extracted using iterated sector decomposition.

Ordered Forests, Permutations, and Iterated Integrals [PDF]
We construct an explicit Hopf algebra isomorphism from the algebra of heap-ordered trees to that of quasi-symmetric functions, generated by formal permutations, which is a lift of the natural projection of the Connes-Kreimer algebra of decorated rooted trees onto the shuffle algebra.

Rapid screening of staphylokinase protein variants using an unpurified cell‐free expression system
An unpurified cell‐free protein synthesis (CFPS) platform enables rapid functional screening of staphylokinase variants. Direct plasminogen‐activation assays performed in microplate format provide real‐time activity readouts, allowing rapid identification and ranking of variants with improved or reduced fibrinolytic activity without protein ...

We consider the problem of obtaining higher order in regularization parameter ε analytical results for master integrals with elliptics. The two commonly employed methods are provided by the use of differential equations and direct integration of ...

Multiple zeta values and ideles
In this paper we give two idelic representations of the multiple zeta values—one using iterated integrals over the finite ideles and the other using iterated integrals over the idele class group.

Iterated Integrals and Higher Order Invariants [PDF]
AbstractWe show that higher order invariants of smooth functions can be written as linear combinations of full invariants times iterated integrals. The non-uniqueness of such a presentation is captured in the kernel of the ensuing map from the tensor product. This kernel is computed explicitly.

RoundMi: A quantitative method to analyze mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells
RoundMi is a workflow for rapid analysis of mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells. By combining adaptive preprocessing with automated segmentation and quantification, it enables accurate measurements from single focal plane images, reducing acquisition time and computational demands while remaining compatible with high‐throughput fixed and live ...

In this article we give the details on the analytic calculation of the master integrals for the planar double box integral relevant to top-pair production with a closed top loop. We show that these integrals can be computed systematically to all order in

In this review article we collected more than ten theorems on expansions of iterated Ito and Stratonovich stochastic integrals, which have been formulated and proved by the author.
