AntiBMPNN: Structure‐Guided Graph Neural Networks for Precision Antibody Engineering
AntiBMPNN, a deep learning framework that integrates antibody‐specific 3D data, MPNN, frequency‐based scoring, and AlphaFold 3, achieves superior antibody sequence design. Superconducting Carbon‐Cage Network with Tc of 109 K at Ambient Pressure
By introducing elemental and hole doping into a theoretically designed sp3‐hybridized C18 carbon cage, superconductivity with a transition temperature up to 109 K is predicted under ambient pressure. These findings offer a promising pathway for designing high‐Tc superconductors based on stable covalent carbon frameworks.
