A two‐year study reveals shared fungal communities between cranberry flowers and insect visitors, including Apis mellifera, Bombus species, solitary bees and hover flies. Greater fungal richness was present in pollinator‐accessible flowers compared to those that were tented.

Shallow Genome Sequencing for Phylogenomics of Mycorrhizal Fungi from Endangered Orchids [PDF]
Most plant species form symbioses with mycorrhizal fungi and this relationship is especially important for orchids. Fungi in the genera Tulasnella, Ceratobasidium, and Serendipita are critically important for orchid germination, growth and development ...

Abstract DNA barcode‐based species identification has become pivotal in biodiversity research. Current barcoding‐based deep learning methods have advantages in species identification but exhibit significant limitations. By using COI barcoding alone, previous studies were unable to fully capture species identification features. Prior methods showed that

Background: Canine atopic dermatitis (cAD) is a common, chronic skin condition characterised by epidermal barrier dysfunction, immune dysregulation and cutaneous dysbiosis. While “emollient plus” formulations are widely used in human atopic dermatitis, their role in cAD remains underexplored. Hypothesis/Objectives: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and

A DNA-Based Identification of Strongyloides stercoralis Isolates from Iran
Background: Strongyloides stercoralis, the etiological agent of strongyloidiasis, is one of the most common parasitic nematode with the unique ability to complete its life cycle and proliferate within the host. Although it is an endemic parasite in Iran,
