GUBIC: The global urban biological invasions compendium for plants

Biosynthesis, purification and characterization of a newly produced fungal laccases isoenzymes from dydimocrea sp.

In this work, two laccase isoforms J61-1 and J61-2 were purified from Diymocrea sp. fungi. The absorption spectrum was recorded, because J61-2 isoform was found to have a typical blue color.
