Archives of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, 1953Since the Jackson system of esophagoscopy has been in almost universal use because of the simplicity of its design and the standardization of sizes as well as the integration of accessory instruments, this system was studied with a view to adding certain features which would facilitate esophagoscopy.
