Jacobi elliptic function solutions for a two-mode KdV equation

open access: yesJournal of King Saud University - Science, 2019
Abstract In this paper we introduce a new type of KdV equations called Two-mode KdV (TMKdV). This equation represents the propagation of two-wave modes in the same direction simultaneously. We suggest a finite series of degree n in terms of a Jacobi elliptic functions as a possible solution for the TMKdV.

On Solutions of the Biswas–Milovic Model via Jacobi Elliptic Function Process

Journal of Advanced Physics, 2018
In this work, Jacobi elliptic function solutions are obtained for the Biswas-Milovic equation as a common shape with minimal calculations via the extended Jacobi's elliptic function process. The being condition for these solutions are also found that are conferred as definite provision.

Jacobi elliptic function solutions for the modified Korteweg–de Vries equation

open access: yesJournal of King Saud University - Science, 2013
Abstract Formula solutions to the modified Korteweg–de Vries (mKdV) equation with constant coefficients are obtained via the Jacobi elliptic periodic function transform method and symbolic computation. Those periodic solutions degenerate as the corresponding hyperbolic function solutions when the modulus is m → 1 and trigonal solutions with m → 0.
