State Regulations for Suicide Prevention in Jails and the Jail Suicide Rate
Psychological Reports, 1992The jail suicide rates for 1985–1986 were not related to the existence of state standards for jail suicide prevention which had been established in 13 of 35 states responding to a 1989 survey, but were related to the states' jail population.
