A Novel Antibarrage Jamming Method for Multichannel SAR Systems Using Correlation Filtering

open access: yesIEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing
High-resolution wide-swath (HRWS) imaging in azimuth multichannel synthetic aperture radar (MC-SAR) is critical for remote sensing, yet electromagnetic jamming severely degrades image quality.

Multifunctional Crushing and Piezoresistive Self‐Sensing in Conductive Epoxy/CNT‐Coated Polyetherimide TPMS Lattices

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study reports lightweight polyetherimide triply periodic minimal surfaces lattices coated with carbon nanotube‐reinforced epoxy that combine mechanical robustness with self‐sensing. The conformal coating enhances stiffness, strength and energy absorption while enabling reliable strain monitoring.

Clutter Jamming Suppression for Airborne Distributed Coherent Aperture Radar Based on Prior Clutter Subspace Projection

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2022
Airborne distributed coherent aperture radar is of great significance for expanding the detection capability of the system. However, the extra observation dimension introduced by its sparse configuration also deteriorates the performance of traditional ...

Exploring the jamming transition over a wide range of critical densities [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
We numerically study the jamming transition of frictionless polydisperse spheres in three dimensions. We use an efficient thermalisation algorithm for the equilibrium hard sphere fluid and generate amorphous jammed packings over a range of critical ...

Simvastatin Restores Uteroplacental Hemodynamics and Trophoblast Function in Obstetric Antiphospholipid Syndrome in a Placenta‐on‐a‐Chip Model

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Simvastatin mitigates placental hypoperfusion in OAPS by ameliorating abnormal uteromaternal hemodynamics and enhancing trophoblast invasion via optimized endothelial cell interactions under pathological shear stress, as evidenced by results from a placenta‐on‐a‐chip platform.

Static Structural Signatures of Nearly Jammed Disordered and Ordered Hard-Sphere Packings: Direct Correlation Function

open access: yes, 2016
Dynamical signatures are known to precede jamming in hard-particle systems, but static structural signatures have proven more elusive. The observation that compressing hard-particle packings towards jamming causes growing hyperuniformity has paved the ...

Gapless Superconductivity From Extremely Dilute Magnetic Disorder in 2H‐NbSe2‐xSx

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate that 2H‐NbSe2‐xSx hosts gapless superconductivity at unexpectedly low magnetic impurity concentrations. Combining STM, Bogoliubovde Gennes simulations, DFT, and quasiparticle interference, we comprehensively study the development of gapless behavior and show that SeS substitution reshapes the band structure, enhances nesting, and drives ...
