A 3D Matrigel‐based droplet microfluidics platform that allows physiologically relevant analysis of single immune‐tumor interactions in solid tumors. By integrating real‐time functional imaging with fluorescence‐activated droplet sorting and RNA sequencing, the system links immune cytotoxic behavior to transcriptomic profiles, providing a scalable ...

We demonstrated that high humidity worsened psoriasis relapse in murine psoriasiform skin inflammation by increasing skin‐resident memory CD8+ cells via upregulating IL‐15Rα on keratinocytes. The increases in IL‐15Rα and memory CD8+ cells were attributed to S. nepalensis and its metabolite ADMA in skin exposed to high humidity.

A Survey of Word Reordering in Statistical Machine Translation: Computational Models and Language Phenomena [PDF]
Word reordering is one of the most difficult aspects of statistical machine translation (SMT), and an important factor of its quality and efficiency. Despite the vast amount of research published to date, the interest of the community in this problem has

Ovarian Matrisome Dynamics and αvβ3‐Mediated Regulation in Early Follicular Development
The matrisome undergoes dynamic remodeling during early follicular development. Integrin αvβ3 mediates matrisome signals, regulating primordial follicle activation/atresia and secondary follicle growth via Hippo/mTOR pathways, with conserved roles in human ovaries, offering therapeutic targets for ovarian disorders.

By integrating single‐nuclei and spatial transcriptomics, this study presents a stereoscopic landscape of maize leaf to Puccinia polysora infection. Epidermal and mesophyll cells initiate primary defenses via RLPs/RLKs and jasmonic acid signaling. Cell‐cell communication analyses further reveal the underlying the dynamics of the underlying immune ...

Endocytic Control of Cell‐Autonomous and Non‐Cell‐Autonomous Functions of p53
NUMB Ex3‐containing isoforms localize to the plasma membrane, where they recruit p53 through SNX9 and direct it to multivesicular bodies and exosomes. Exported p53 is taken up by neighboring cells and activates nuclear programs, revealing an intercellular, exosome‐based pathway that might help establish a tumor‐suppressive microenvironment.

Demystifying the Self: Metaphors of Sin and Self-Sacrifice in Miura Ayako’s Early Novels
This essay examines an alternative to dominant postwar notions of subjectivity in the Japanese cultural sphere through an analysis of Miura Ayako’s mid-1960s novels: Hyōten (Freezing Point, 1964), Hitsujigaoka (Hill of Sheep, 1965), and Shiokari tōge ...
