Thoracic Ultrasound–Related Management Change: Predictors and the Role of Operator Certification (Secondary Analysis of UltraMAN)

Thoracic ultrasound frequently altered ICU management decisions. Changes were more likely in patients with cardiovascular disease or hypovolemia and occurred independently of operator certification.
