VIEW, EarlyView.CA19‐9 and CA15‐3 measurements from seven contemporary immunoassay systems were compared using 464 and 499 native serum samples, respectively. Inter‐system correlations were higher for CA15‐3 than for CA19‐9, and only a limited number of systems met biological variation‐derived bias criteria.

The study of enslavement, much neglected in attempts to develop an anthropology of freedom, shows that freedom has been imagined by the enslaved as the opposite of their condition only under particular circumstances.
