A Compact Optical Sensor to Self‐Assess Skin Health after Sun Exposure
Advanced Sensor Research, EarlyView.This work presents a portable, low‐cost device capable of detecting changes in the skin associated with excessive sun exposure through reflectance measurements. In vitro validation experiments in skin‐mimicking tissue phantoms showed the device can detect relative pigmentation changes as small as 5%.

Nanoscale Mapping of the Subcellular Glycosylation Landscape
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Using multiplexed super‐resolution imaging with fluorophore‐labeled lectins, this study reports intracellular glycosylation at the nanoscale across organelles and synaptic specializations. Extending glycan analysis beyond the cell surface, Glyco‐STORM reveals distinct glycosylation nanodomains in the ER, Golgi, lysosomes, and synaptic sites.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study reveals that the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM56 exacerbates neuronal ferroptosis and brain damage by mediating K48‐linked ubiquitination and degradation of KLF4, leading to suppression of the xCT/GSH/GPX4 axis. Targeting TRIM56 alleviates cerebral ischemia‐reperfusion injury in vivo and in vitro, highlighting its therapeutic potential.
