Evaluation of Shipping Factors to Increase the Profitability of Meat E‐Commerce
This article identified the impact of various shipping factors on final meat quality using a d‐optimal design to maximize the experiment. The study found that Ambient Temperature and Shipping Duration significantly affected meat quality during shipping and that shipping factors can be optimized.
