Bright Tin Halide Perovskite Quantum Dots via Organic Dication Compensatory Doping
Angewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.Tin halide perovskites (THPs) are attractive near‐infrared emitters. Confined THP quantum dots (QDs), however, show low emissivity and valence intraband transitions due to self‐p‐doping. We present aliovalent substitution of cesium with organic dications as a compensation strategy to upshift the Fermi level.
