Azaporphyrinoid‐Based Photo‐ and Electroactive Architectures for Advanced Functional Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A long‐standing collaboration between the Torres and Guldi groups has yielded diverse azaporphyrinoid‐based donor‐acceptor nanohybrids with promising applications in solar energy conversion. This conspectus highlights key molecular platforms and structure‐function relationships that govern light and charge management, supporting the rational design of ...

Room‐Temperature Skyrmionic Synapse in 2D Ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 Operating via Collective Spin Texture Transformation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.

Fibroblast growth factor 9 activates fibroblast activation and drives the progress of shoulder stiffness

open access: yesFrontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology
BackgroundShoulder stiffness (SS) is a common disease that causes pain and restricted range of motion (ROM), involving synovial inflammation and joint capsule fibrosis. The specific pathogenesis of SS remains unclear.

THE ANATOMY OF THE VOLAR PART OF THE CAPSULES OF THE FINGER JOINTS [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. British volume, 1967
1. A method of finger dissection is described which provides a new approach to the anatomical study of structures in close relation to joints. 2. The volar part of the capsule of the finger joints is described, the attachment to the bones being particularly emphasised together with its form which is like that of a meniscus. 3. A gap between bone and

AI–Guided 4D Printing of Carnivorous Plants–Inspired Microneedles for Accelerated Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents an artificial intelligence (AI)‐guided 4D‐printed microneedle platform inspired by carnivorous plants for wound healing. A thermo‐responsive shape memory polymer enables body temperature–triggered self‐coiling for autonomous wound closure.

Monolithic 3D‐Integrated All‐Solid Ion‐Gated Carbon Nanotube Transistors With Tunable Ionic Conductance for Multi‐Timescale Reservoir Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A dual‐timescale reservoir based on monolithically 3D (M3D)‐integrated CNT solid ion‐gated transistors is demonstrated. Tunable ionic dynamics and pulse‐engineered operation enable linear and symmetric synaptic updates. The M3D‐integrated array achieves robust temporal encoding and accurate classification of moving MNIST sequences, highlighting its ...

Clinical Application and Limitations of the Capsular Pattern

open access: yesPhysical Therapy Korea, 2021
A normal range of motion is essential for performing activities of daily living. The capsular pattern is the proportional motion restriction in range of motion during passive exercises due to tightness of the joint capsule.
