Entropy derived from gray matter eigenmodes captures cortical disorganization in Alzheimer's disease. Using multimodal MRI and amyloid‐PET data, this novel structure–function coupling biomarker enables accurate classification of clinical stages, predicts Aβ burden, and stratifies mild cognitive impairment subtypes.
