Composition of the boards of Polish joint stock companies [PDF]
The object of our research was the composition of Management Boards, Supervisory Boards and commercial representatives of all Polish joint stock companies. We have constructed an Internet accessible database in which analysed data are collected. We used MySQL database PHP scripts and Apache server.
