Degradable Nanocarriers Capable of Gene Delivery Derived from pH‐Responsive Polyester: RROP Copolymerization Between Cyclic Ketene Acetals

Polyesters with inherent pH‐sensitivity are prepared through radical ring‐opening polymerization between cyclic ketene acetals. These polyesters demonstrate great potential as alternatives to conventional polycations for fabricating hybrid nanoparticles.

A Non‐Antigenic Randomized Polyethylene Glycol/Poly(2‐Phenyl‐2‐Oxazine)‐Based Drug Delivery Platform

Randomized PEG (rPEG), a conceptually new PEG alternative, is combined with poly(2‐phenyl‐2‐oxazine) (PPheOzi) to establish an rPEG‐b‐PPheOzi‐b‐rPEG micellar drug delivery platform. The PPheOzi block enables high drug loadings, while competitive ELISA reveals a drastic reduction in anti‐PEG antibody affinity of rPEG in comparison to PEG.

Bioinspired, Guanidinium, and Indole Modified Poly(glycidyl ether)s as Highly Efficient Vectors for Polyplex‐Mediated Gene Delivery

Guanidinium‐ and indole‐functionalized poly(glycidyl ether)s were developed as non‐viral gene delivery vectors with tunable hydrophilic–hydrophobic balance. All polymers formed stable DNA polyplexes, while moderate indole content yielded the highest transfection efficiency at low N/P ratios.

Reconsidering climatic predictors for high‐resolution niche models of alpine plants
