Classification of certain cellular classes of chain complexes [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2008
Let (R, m) be a local commutative ring. Suppose that m is principal and that m^2 = 0. We give a complete description of the cellular lattice of perfect chain complexes of modules over this ring.

Unveiling Surface Species Formed on Ni‐Fe Spinel Oxides During the Oxygen Evolution Reaction at the Atomic Scale

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
≈1 nm thick amorphous layer with a higher oxygen concentration is formed on the surfaces of pristine P‐doped NiFe2O4 and activated NiFe2O4. Such surface layer is thought to significantly promote the charge transfer kinetics compared to the oxyhydroxide layer grown on Ni1.5Fe1.5O4 during the oxygen evolution reaction. Abstract Optimizing electrocatalyst

High‐Throughput Production of Electrically Conductive Yarn (E‐Yarn) for Smart Textiles

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This study introduces a versatile, scalable manufacturing method to produce Nylon yarn coated with a thin layer of an electrically conductive, silver‐filled, polyamide‐based compound, achieving a resistivity of 7.5 Ω cm−1. The yarn withstands bending and washing, enabling smart textile applications.

Interview with Jonas Löwgren

open access: yesDesigns for Learning, 2011
Here we present an interview with Professor Jonas Löwgren, who is recognized for his work on both interaction design and communication design. We will present his interests and main questions, as well as his earlier work experiences, and how these have had an influence on his theoretical and practical research work today.

Characterizing partitioned assemblies and realizability toposes [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2014
We give simple characterizations of the category PAsm(A) of partitioned assemblies, and of the realizability topos RT(A) over a partial combinatory algebra A. This answers the question for an 'extensional characterization' of realizability toposes.

A High Throughput Platform to Minimize Voltage and Fill Factor Losses

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
A high‐throughput workflow is developed to determine the Langevin reduction factor in organic photovoltaics autonomously and accurately within seconds. Using UV–Vis spectra, current–voltage curves, and transient absorption kinetics, intrinsic charge absorption cross‐sections are calculated.

Quality indicators and early adverse in surgery for atypical meningiomas: A 16-year single centre study and systematic review of the literature

open access: yesBrain and Spine, 2023
Introduction: Atypical meningiomas represent approximately 20% of all intracranial meningiomas and are characterized by distinct histopathological criteria and an increased risk of postoperative recurrence.

Recursive formulas for the motivic Milnor basis [PDF]

open access: yesNew York Journal of Mathematics 23 (2017) 49-58, http://nyjm.albany.edu/j/2017/23-4.html, 2017
We give recursive formulas for the generating elements in the Milnor basis of the mod 2 motivic Steenrod algebra.
