Inhomogeneous media are affected by a physical or an electromagnetic field, where the off-diagonal elements of the Jones matrix are complex numbers with both real and imaginary parts. Quantitative measurement of Jones matrix elements is crucial for the study of light polarization with the wide range of applications. Here, we propose and experimentally demonstrate a novel method of Fourier space sharing to determine spatially resolved all four elements of the Jones matrix from a single-intensity frame.
