Laser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.Scaling silicon photonic switch fabrics for AI datacenters is fundamentally constrained by accumulated crosstalk, insertion loss, and device‐level non‐idealities. This work establishes a device‐to‐link‐to‐system framework that connects the physical origins of crosstalk to practical mitigation strategies across device, circuit, and control levels.
