Iterative Strong Targets Cancellation for Multi-Target Detection in JRC Systems

IEEE Communications Letters
A Joint Radar and Communication (JRC) system utilizing 5G signals is proposed. To address the challenges of detecting multiple closely spaced targets in the range-Doppler map, an iterative strong target cancellation algorithm is introduced.

The JRC experimental program

Journal of Fusion Energy, 1993
JRC-ETHEL has chosen as the principle objective of its research program the improvement of protection measures in facilities handling large amounts of tritium. Technically, this involves investigating and assessing tritium propagation modes and transfer pathways in materials, components, equipment, and process plants.

RELATIVE PRICE LINEARITY AND JRC EQUILIBRIUM

Economic Inquiry, 1981
A theoretical explanation is given which resolves the relative price nonlinearity problem in household production models where the attributes are market produced. It is shown that in a Lancasterian framework with markets of a modified Chamberlin type kinked demand curves can be derived which, together with large scale economies, lead to a market ...

2012 JRC Wind Status Report

SSRN Electronic Journal, 2013
The wind energy sector uses a mature yet continuously improving technology. The reliability of wind turbines and the efficiency of energy capture are both high, yet continue to improve with new designs, new components and new materials. Even non-technological aspects such as project management, better forecasts of wind energy production and better ...
