Contact Dermatitis, Volume 95, Issue 3, Page 286-294, September 2026.In this exploratory analysis, dyshidrotic eczema demonstrated a distinct sensitisation pattern compared with non‐dyshidrotic hand eczema. The lower proportion of clinically relevant reactions amongst positive patch tests suggests a multi‐factorial and not exclusively allergic background.
